Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Mid-Becoming are digital downloads. Because your file is delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges are offered once the download link has been delivered to your email.

Technical issues: If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at hello@midbecoming.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

Damaged or incorrect files: If your file is corrupted or you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@midbecoming.com and we will send you the correct file immediately.

European Union customers: Under EU consumer protection law, digital content that has been accessed or downloaded is exempt from the 14-day cooling off period. By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you acknowledge this exemption.
